What payment methods do you accept?
To pay for purchases, the Customer can use the following methods:

When will my order be processed?
Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous article 7 and except where extraordinary circumstances arise, we undertake to do everything in our power to send the order for the product(s) indicated in the relevant Shipping Confirmation by the date indicated in such Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the time frame estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
However, delays may occur for various reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, or the delivery area.
Regarding the virtual gift card, it will be sent by the date you indicated when ordering.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery deadline, we will notify you and offer you the option of continuing your purchase by scheduling a new delivery date, or canceling the order and receiving a full refund. Please note that home deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of virtual gift cards, which will be delivered on the date you specify.
For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred or the order "delivered" upon the acquisition, by you or a third party indicated by you, of physical availability or in any case control of the products, which shall be proven by signing the order receipt at the agreed shipping address.
WHERE WE PRODUCE
Founded in 2023, the Italian maison MADBAG creates leather goods collections that combine minimalism and creative research. Production is entrusted to specialized artisans in Scandicci , the heart of Tuscany's leather-making tradition. The leathers come from certified Italian tanneries in the province of Fermo (Marche). In its Roman studio , the designs and concepts for the collections take shape through careful creative and technical development.

Our materials
Choosing LWG-certified leather means offering a luxury product that doesn't compromise on ethics and environmental responsibility. All our leather comes from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), the most respected international standard for sustainable leather processing.
