E-Commerce Specialist Intern in the Fashion Sector
Are you passionate about the world of e-commerce and want to gain experience in the fashion industry? We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined intern to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist Trainee.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to hone your e-commerce skills while working with a dynamic team passionate about the fashion industry.
- Support the E-commerce Manager in the daily management and development of the online platform.* Collaborate in customer service management, providing timely responses to user questions and after-sales assistance.
- Collaborate on creating marketing and promotional strategies to increase traffic and sales on the e-commerce site.
- Contribute to website optimization to improve user experience and increase conversions.* Assist in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content and promotions on the site.* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and suggest improvements.
- Support order management and logistics to ensure efficient delivery service.
- Interest and passion for e-commerce and the fashion industry.* Knowledge of online sales dynamics and e-commerce best practices.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).* Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.* Good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.* Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities: receiving, preparing, distributing, and storing goods; coordinating the storage of goods, ensuring their arrival and delivery. Planning, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries with suppliers. Monitoring the quality and quantity of incoming products.

Production is entrusted to specialized artisans in Scandicci , the heart of Tuscany's leather-making tradition. The leathers come from certified Italian tanneries in the province of Fermo (Marche). In its Roman studio , the designs and concepts for the collections take shape through careful creative and technical development.
