BRAND PROTECTION AND REPORTING COUNTERFEITS
The madbag brand and its products are regularly registered and filed with the Made in Italy Chamber of Commerce , as well as protected by national and European legislation on industrial and intellectual property.
Any unauthorized use of the trademark, imitation, reproduction, sale, or distribution of counterfeit products, as well as any other conduct likely to generate confusion with original madbag products, constitutes a violation of the owner's exclusive rights and is prosecutable under the law.
We therefore invite anyone who becomes aware of incidents of counterfeiting, imitation, or illicit use of the madbag trademark and products to promptly report them to our legal department by writing to ufficiolegalemadbag@gmail.com , providing, where possible, any useful information (links, images, names, sales channels, or profiles involved).
All reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and evaluated by the company's legal department, which reserves the right to take any appropriate action to protect the brand, the company, and consumers.
WHERE WE PRODUCE
Founded in 2023, the Italian maison MADBAG creates leather goods collections that combine minimalism and creative research. Production is entrusted to specialized artisans in Scandicci , the heart of Tuscany's leather-making tradition. The leathers come from certified Italian tanneries in the province of Fermo (Marche). In its Roman studio , the designs and concepts for the collections take shape through careful creative and technical development.
